At REAVE, every item is made to order specifically for you. Please review our policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

Because our products are custom-made on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Change of mind
  • Buyer's remorse
  • Preference for a different color or style
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Please review our sizing information carefully before purchasing.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, we will gladly provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

To submit a claim, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem

Claims submitted after 30 days may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund where applicable.

Refunds

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.

Exchanges

Because all items are produced on demand, we do not offer traditional exchanges. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will arrange a replacement free of charge.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders begin production shortly after being placed. If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us immediately. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once production has started.
