How It Works

Every item in our store is made to order. When you place an order, it is sent to our fulfillment partner for printing and production before it ships. This means there is no warehouse stock — your item is created fresh, just for you.


Delivery Timeframe

Orders typically arrive within 8–15 days from the date of purchase. This window covers both production and shipping time.

Production 3–7 business days
Shipping 5–8 business days

Delivery times may be longer during peak seasons such as holidays.


Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States. If you are interested in international shipping, please contact us at jfmckrell@gmail.com and we'll do our best to assist.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.


Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us at jfmckrell@gmail.com right away and we will try to correct it before production begins.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within 15 days of your purchase date, please reach out to us at jfmckrell@gmail.com and we will investigate with our fulfillment partner. We want to make sure every order reaches you.
