Made Just for You

All of our products are printed on demand especially for you. Because each item is custom-made when you place your order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind reasons such as incorrect size selection, change of preference, or ordering errors.

We strongly encourage you to review our size guide carefully before placing your order.


Production & Shipping Times

Please note that because every item is made to order, orders typically take 8–15 days to arrive from the date of purchase. This includes production time before your order ships.


When We Will Make It Right

We stand behind the quality of every item we sell. If your order arrives with any of the following issues, we will replace it at no cost to you:

  • Defective printing – fading, cracking, misalignment, or poor ink quality
  • Manufacturing defects – holes, stitching errors, or damaged fabric
  • Wrong item received – incorrect design, color, or product sent

How to Request a Replacement

  1. Email us at jfmckrell@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number and a clear photo showing the defect or error
  3. We'll review your request and, if approved, send a free replacement within 5–7 business days

We do not require you to return the defective item.


What We Don't Cover

  • Incorrect size or color selected at checkout
  • Change of mind after ordering
  • Damage caused by improper washing or care
  • Normal wear and tear

Shipping Issues

If your package hasn't arrived within 15 days of your order date, please reach out and we'll investigate with our fulfillment partner right away.
